Preparation consciousness of youth, Adulthood ( 30, 40, 50 years ) for successful aging


Abstract
This study is based on the purpose which presents a plan that can provide personal, social and national preparation through mutual supplement for successful aging and imrestigation of how much the youth, adulthooh have been concerned with preparation of old age.
For the purpose described above preparation consciousness was classified into two different types analytically, ie, personal preparation consciousness (economics and psychology) and social, national preparation consciousness (welfare) for successful aging.
And I tried to investigate that how vary preparation for succesful aging with independent variables-sex, age, resident area, monthly income, level of education, and job.
Questionnaries were given to the randomly selected married male and female 500 people age of 30, 40, 50 in urban and rural areas. Analysis of variance and correlation were used to analyze the data which consisted of 400 usable responses. The results are as follows;
1. Compared with the rates, social and national preparation has been found more higher than personal preparation to meet old age. This shows that further generations will have great expectation for social and political service system.
2. As for personal preparation, their marks were becoming to reach higher in urban areas rather than rural areas, older ages, more monthly income, and higher educations. Then in view of X©÷in investigation, there was a remarkable differences with level of educations.
3. Further, in view of the rate of social and national preparation, it marks higher gradually with higher education or with more monthly income, and also at the result of X©÷, there was a remark able difference, even though there was no remarkable difference with age, it shows rather higher gradually with lower ages.
4. I tried to find out the first thing to do by nation, it presents that such facilities for old ages provided with 37.2%, while enforcement of pension system provided with 23.7%, medical benefits 20.7%, job helping 15.5%, paid old peoples¢¥ home for 2.7%. Gradually becoming higher education, there were higher rates in pension system, job helping, and gradually becoming lower education, there were higher rates in facility for old ages with remarkable differences.
5. In view of wishing resident type, it presents 36.7% who wanted to be separated while 36.5%. wanted in on occassion of circumstances, and just 26.7% wanted it to be accompanied living with children, that showing as being nuclear family. For the responsibility of support, 51%, wanted to be included all the children, as such a reason, "division support" may be expected to increase.
As well, the responsibility for old age, 24.7%, expressed just relying upon himself showing higher rate.
6. As of whether job finding may happen in old age, 64.2%, inclined to have the job whenever ability and health would allow, while will find anything shows 18.7%. In such case without any reason for money just if it suits his taste, it shows 14.5%, In all, 97.5%, wanted to do work, while 2.5%, of them just didn¢¥t want work.
